20 miles south of the Tecate, CA. port of entry, at the KM 32 marker OF THE "MEXICO 3" highway is the on ramp to an old section of two lane blacktop, 20 ft wide, and 7.5 miles long, no shoulders, survives a remnant from the Tecate-Ensenada highway renovation. A semi-loop that dumps back to the main highway, 40 foot wide 2.45 miles long "new" section to complete the 9.95 mile circuit.
